John
John founded GPC in 2005 and has over thirty three years experience in the planning profession, ranging across a number of development assessment and strategic planning roles in senior positions in both the private and public sector. John’s strong reputation across the development industry is recognised by our clients, project partners and industry professionals.
Luke
Luke is committed to understanding client needs and navigating the complexities of the development process. With a background in academic research and contributions to high-quality research articles published in leading academic journals, Luke brings a considered and analytical approach to his work, helping to resolve challenges and deliver practical outcomes.
Mikaela
Mikaela is currently studying Urban Planning and Environmental Management at the Queensland University of Technology. We admire Mikaela for her fresh approach and willingness to get involved in the diverse planning projects we work on.
Sophie
Sophie is an enthusiastic planner with experience working in private consulting after graduating from the University of Queensland. Sophie has broad experience providing town planning advice and preparing applications on a range of development proposals, from small to large scale developments.
Adam is a planning leader whose extensive background and leadership across Queensland’s planning system has facilitated high-profile projects in a range of industries. Adam’s strong project coordination skills and ability to build strong relationships successfully resolves complex planning issues including planning and environmental legislation, development assessment, and planning policy, providing strategic insights to assist clients to achieve development outcomes.
Simon
Simon’s outstanding working knowledge of Queensland’s planning system has enabled him to facilitate a range of complex and high-profile projects. His excellent local government expertise comes with great insights into Councils requirements to help clients with the key ingredients for delivering development success.
Nathaniel
Nathaniel has worked across consultancy firms in Brisbane with strong experience for a diverse range of clients. Nathaniel’s contributions to projects in a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, education, health and recreation demonstrate his robust and continuously evolving knowledge of the development industry and statutory planning frameworks across jurisdictions.
Dirk
Dirk is a highly motivated and passionate town planner with a strong understanding of the development industry, planning legislation and the development assessment process. He works collaboratively and forges strong working partnerships with project teams and clients.
Dirk has extensive experience in educational and community-based development projects, including schools, hospitals, churches and other not-for-profit organisations. He is committed to supporting the delivery of infrastructure that strengthens local communities and enhances access to essential services
